Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns will be honored only if reported within 15 days after receipt.
  • Returns must be in new condition in original box including all product information and warranty cards. Health Codes will not allow any employee to handle soiled items.
  • Any items returned that do not meet these specifications will be returned to you or discarded at no credit.
  • Special orders are non-returnable.

  • Missing items should be reported within 72 hours of order receipt.

    Prescription Medication is Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable: State regulations prohibit us from accepting for refund unused portions of dispensed prescriptions except when these drugs are subject to a manufacturer's or FDA recall. This rule is for your protection and assures you that medications dispensed by this pharmacy have not been outside the control of the pharmacist.
